Front Office Personnel (Full Time)

Our cozy hotel is seeking a dynamic individual to join our front office team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Guests: Be the friendly face that greets our guests upon arrival, providing warm and professional service at all times.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Reservations: Handle reservation inquiries, bookings, and modifications promptly and accurately.
- Customer Service: Address guest concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
- Marketing Support: Utilize your creative flair to assist in marketing initiatives. Design promotional materials using Canva or similar programs to attract guests and enhance the hotel's online presence.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Driving Responsibilities: Possess a valid driver's license with over 3 years of driving experience. Occasionally assist with guest transportation or other driving-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Possess a minimum of 4 CXC passes or equivalent including English

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, but not required.

Working knowledge of marketing principles and design tools such as Canva.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and over 3 years of driving experience.
Additional Qualifications:
- Flexibility and Initiative: Be flexible with an ability to take initiative in various situations. A willingness to take on new tasks as required is essential for success in this role.
- Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience is a plus but not necessary. We value candidates who can demonstrate leadership qualities and are eager to grow within the role.
