Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our front desk staff for arrangements.

Payment Policy:

• We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard and cash payments.

• Payment is required upon check-in, and a valid credit card must be presented for incidental charges.

Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit will be processed at the time of the booking, and the remaining balance is due at check-in.

• Deposits are fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before arrival.

• Cancellations made 13 days or fewer before arrival will result in the deposit being retained.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date.

• If you cancel 13 days or less before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full cost of the reservation will apply

Security Deposit

At check in, credit cards are pre-authorized for the total room charges and tax for your stay plus a $200 deposit for incidentals, this will be returned after check out once room is returned without damage. 

No Smoking Policy:

Mandela Court Suites Grenada is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and common areas.

Pet Policy:

We regret that pets are not allowed in our hotel, with the exception of service animals as required by law.

Damages and Theft:

• Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the hotel property caused by them during their stay.

• The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

Quiet Hours:

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect these hours.

Pool Rules:

• The pool area is open from 8:00 AM-7:00 PM.

• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.

• Glass containers and food are not allowed in the pool area.

Guest Conduct:

• We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow guests and hotel staff.

• Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in eviction from the premises without refund.

Emergency Procedures:

In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions provided by hotel staff and familiarize yourself with the nearest exits and emergency evacuation routes.
