Quarantine Visitors
Welcome to Mandela Court Grenada
We're happy to welcome you to our Pure Safe Accommodation. We look forward to making your quarantine stay as stress-free and relaxing as possible. To ensure your safety and the safety of other guests, our staff and the public, you must adhere to the following rules.
Quarantine Visitor
You must book for the minimum time mandated by the Ministry of Health. While in quarantine, you are not permitted to leave your suite. You are not allowed to use the facilities such as the pool and gym until you've completed your mandatory quarantine stay and received a negative PCR test. The property is surveyed by 24-hour security cameras. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $100USD penalty fee.
Masks
While checking in, checking out and collecting any room service or other room deliveries, you must wear a mask. All deliveries will be left at your door for your collection.
Housekeeping
Please note, that housekeeping will not be permitted into your suite during your quarantine stay. However, you will be given extra linen and cleaning materials if you wish to conduct any cleaning. All dirty linen should be placed in the green garbage bag which can be found in your suite. Your suite will be
cleaned after the completion of your mandatory quarantine and the receipt of a negative PCR test.
PCR Testing
All visitors to Grenada will undergo a COVID-19 PCR test on or after day 5 to exit from Mandela Court (PCR results are usually ready within 1 – 2 working days). You are NOT cleared from quarantine until you have been given the all-clear from Ministry of Health officials. For more information about testing please visit https://covid19.gov.gd/
Meals
For your convenience, room service will be available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menus are available in your suite and on the Mandela Court website. Please note the available times.
Beverages
A wide variety of beverages can be ordered from our bar, from 9 am to 8 pm daily. The items will be delivered to the front door of your suite. The drinks menu is available in your suite and on the Mandela Court website.
Shopping
Family members are welcome to deliver groceries and other supplies to the front gate. The items will be collected and delivered to the front door of your suite. Kindly inform the receptionist to arrange pick-up and delivery to your suite.
Emergencies
lf you are not feeling well during your stay, please contact the receptionist immediately using the telephone in your suite. The receptionist is available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. If you believe you are displaying symptoms of COVID19, please contact the receptionist and the Ministry of Health COVID19 hotline at 458-4787 or 538-4787.
For other emergencies outside of working hours, please contact the Managing Director, Mr. Whint at 407-2739. National emergency services can also be contacted on 911.
